Merry Christmas
This is the unnoficial econ day of beard growing. Its been 2 days since I've been to the gym due to it being closed for the holidays. I've been feeling it for sure. Good thing I have my cinder blocks dumbells and tread mill at the house, lets not forget my punching bag! This coming year I will be taking everything I've learned and really pushing myself this year. I have some basic goals. I want to run a 5k by the end of 2015 maybe a couple.
